The St. Louis County and St. Charles County Councils have agreed to work together toward the completion of the Page-Olive Connector and the Page Avenue Extension in St. Charles County.

History

The Location Study and Environmental Document was approved on July 9, 2009 in accordance with Federal Highway Administration, Missouri Department of Transportation and the National Environmental Policy Act requirements.

In March 2006 a feasibility study was completed.

St. Louis County received $20 million in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds and the City of Maryland Heights is contributing $5 million. The remaining project funds will be St. Louis County's responsibility. The price tag of the project is $51,995,000. This project is the first Design-Build project by St. Louis County. The Design-Build team for the project is KCI Construction Company in association with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.
