St. Louis County has projected the price of the project to be $67 million. St. Louis County is receiving $20 million in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds, and $5 million each from the cities of Maryland Heights and Chesterfield. The remaining project funds will be St. Louis County's responsibility.
